1. Period for Application : Jan. 9th(Mon) ~ Jan. 20th(Fri), 2017

2. Notification of room assignment : Feb. 1st(Wed), 2017

3. How to apply for Dormitory : Aims2portal - Login - Graduate School - Dormitory – Application – Click Application and fill out the blanks

4. Dormitory Opening Period for Spring semester 2017 : Feb. 27th(Mon), 2017 ~ Jun. 24th(Sat), 2017

5. Registration Period for Spring semester 2017 : Feb. 1st(Wed) ~ Feb. 7th(Tue), SC Standard Chartered Bank

Payment of the dormitory fee

OPTION 1: Print your invoice on-line and make a payment to SC first Bank within payment period.

OPTION 2: When transferring money, please refer to the following information.

Account Name: 생활관(dormitory)

* When you remit payment online, please specify ***your 4 digit room number and applicant’s given name(If the spender is different from applicants, make sure to write down the applicant’s given name and room number when you make bank transfer and then you must send the statement of banks transfer to the dorm coordinator)

If you do not pay the dormitory fee by the deadline, your room booking will be cancelled and the priority to stay in our dormitory will automatically be given to the student on waiting list.

  Every new comer should complete health check-up test in a reputable Hospital before arriving to Ajou. A student shall be required to submit the result of the health check-up(Tuberculosist) before move-in.

 Every continuing student should submit every 6 months updated result of the health check-up(Tuberculosis) to the Ajou Housing office.
