The Ajou Photo/Video Contest is open to all international Ajou students.

(One Korean student at Ajou can participate as teammates.)

Contest Schedule

• Online Registration Deadline: Until 23:59 PM, Monday, May 31st, 2021
• Jury Voting Process: Tuesday, June 1st ~ Thursday, June 10th, 2021
• Announcement of Awardees: Friday, June 11th, 2021
• Award Ceremony: Friday, June 11th, 2021

※ The date for the Announcement of Awardees and Award Ceremony can be changed. The awardees will be announced via OIA homepage and contacted individually.

Submit Pre-registration(Click) in order to participate in the contest by 23:59 PM, May 5th, 2021! 

Only those who submitted Pre-registration will be screened during the Jury Voting Process. 

Choose 1 Topic:

• My favorite place on campus (e.g. cafeteria, library, and etc.)
• My favorite course this semester
• Introducing my Ajou friend (International/Korean)

Only email submission is allowed with the attached application form.

Format

Photo Essay: for fonts and size, please check the guidelines on attached format file.

The photo and essay will need to be separately submitted as JPG/PNG file. Do not include the photos on the Word file. Preferred image resolution is above 300dpi.

Video: up to 3 minutes

If the video is recorded in student’s native language other than English, it must include English subtitles. Subtitles, BGM and etc. can be included in the video but if the video receives an award, the original clean version will be required for submission. Preferred display resolution is above HD 1280X720.

Note

Submitted photo essays and videos will not be returned. All entries of photo essays and videos should not infringe any portrait rights and copyrights. Awards may vary depending on the submitted level and number of entries.
